When I requested a Market Analysis, Gary was very responsive and visited my home the next day! I listed my home with him and the process was very easy as he guided me all the way. I had an offer in 2 weeks and he suggested I submit a counter offer which was quickly accepted! When I encountered  some ‘bumps’ along the way prior to closing, Gary was there with very viable solutions! He is a skilled negotiator! I highly recommend Gary as a listing agent!
